Taller Salud is Puerto Rico's oldest feminist organization centering its work to enhance women's access to healthcare, reduce violence in community settings and boost economic development through direct service, community organizing and advocacy since 1979. Our vision is a well-being society with organized communities that exercise their right to comprehensive health and a dignified life by promoting collective actions that ensure the full and sustainable development of our people. We believe we can do that through women's leadership. Therefore, our mission is to elevate women's leadership to transform Puerto Rico by prioritizing the health and well-being of our communities as the main mechanism for collective development.
